I got this right before the chase part with the giant bug. And you can't even sleep there if you beat the thing (though you still probably should, just in case you later click on instinct, as it's insta-kill).

It's so annoying and kinda dumb when devs remove cheat options, I would even say debug, from their game DEMOS. Make it obscure or something sure, but if you had it and took it away... well that's ass and would turn many people off who might have tried playing before just asking for a save.
I really can't complain in this game's case because I can't play it anyway with my arachnophobia unless a mod or version comes out that kills that (and whatever seems to be ruining people's pcs).

Wait hold on theres spiders in the game? Last I checked the closest thing to it is the giant crabs unless those count too
I have no idea what hes talking about, but unless he can describe what is considerd Arachnophobic for him in this game, it all just sounds like hes talking about a different game. Especially considering i have never seen a game called DEMOS.
And i cant really search it up because its not showing up on search.

Hes referring to this game, just that he consider this game a demo I guess? Which he would be correct in some capacity since by all means this is a horribly buggy tech demo of a pixel game on UE of all things

I think this game has the potential to be really good. The sprites are just detailed enough to avoid looking goofy, and you don't have to rely too much on your imagination. I love the survival-horror-inspired atmoshpere and core mechanics. The weapons feel oddly satisfying to use (when everything works), and having a limited number of weapon slots and an economy is interesting. The enemies have more than one animation each, with lots of background scenes too. I really like the traps (except for the placement of the first one).
Of course, it's full of bugs and not just the alien kind. If I load a save, a lot of UI elements that should be hidden are constantly displayed, and the status/skill-tree menu overlap with one another. When I found the ammo bench, I simply couldn't close its menu. I'm sure things like that will be resolved in due time.
I don't think the game needs voice-acting for cutscenes, but if they insist on it, they'd do well to proof-read and finalize the dialog before committing to recording lines. It's clear English isn't the first language of the author or the VA - the dialog is unwieldy and it sounds like the operator is just chilling out, talking to one of her friends about her day.
I don't enjoy how little overall HP you have, but also the fact that it's meaningless because you can constantly escape from grabs regardless. I think it would almost always be better to have those drain a stamina bar instead.

I went through virustotal and didnt come up w anything for the 1.71 file this guy provided and windows defender + malwarebytes came through w the file and it was clean but if you got 100% proof that the 1.71 files he posted is a virus just report him.
