It’s not the first time this topic has come up. Did cumflation galore, cum physics (don’t know what that even means), cum build up, seamless animations, etc. become some kind of a standard? I don’t really play games that much, am I missing something?
Could someone please compile a list of games with these cool features?

The most recent that comes to my mind is HardStuck you can choose to fuck a monster if you're stuck and get filled to keep going through the dungeon, I think there's items / statue that increase the capacity so you have more room.

, the game itself doesn't have mechanics around that but I mention it because the animations are worth looking at(in my opinion) and the defeat scenes being in your control make it different to me.

Lust Cupid I believe it's the new Super Deep Throat(old swf game) no need for deep explanation it's all about cum physics and cum inflation, you just fill up the way you want.(fast or slow/big or smaller amount)

This game (name is long sorry) have inflation physics, short version it's a "kink machine" , it doesn't have the best graphics but personally I don't find that many games like this one it was interesting to just check out.

I believe it ticks almost all of your questions about it, it's 20 min so if you don't wanna watch the whole thing around 17min is the "peak moment" for what you are looking for.

Honorable mention to Skyrim (been a very long time) that have mods related to this and have effects buffs/debuffs on your character iirc or all the Illusion games like Koikatsu / Honey Select games and Apprehending the Adventurer Chan the only L2D game that I can think of, it's tentacle territory so mixed with breeding, slime and cum but it's a really smooth L2D game worth mentionning somewhere.

There's way more but I don't remember the names, some are also simple 2D and it's just from flat to big nothing in the middle.
Plus most of them are quick defeat scenes and even included in gameplay most of the time it's just visuals.

Got around to checking this one out finally, and gotta say, individually all the parts are great to excellent. The environments are good to look at, the clutter does fit the state the place was told to be in. The puzzles are pretty fun and mostly intuitive, though I reached for the walktrough a few times. Notable moments in that I'd say, I had no idea I should even be looking for a staff after the valve section. I did look around first, waiting for the hints to pop up around the area but I presume the staff is just really easy to miss even when it's lit up, and when I knew I was looking for it, the staff basket didn't stand out particularly well among the clutter. Later, with the fog door section, I assumed the second door would need the same pattern, and the walktrough notes the lack of indication there as well. The last puzzle I have a note on that isn't just me being dumb is that the basket symbol puzzle gives no indication of the orientation of the puzzle, so I did it backwards at first.
And then there's the sex scenes. And I may be biased because they appeal to me, but I think they're great. The animation is quite well done, I like the art style, and I enjoy the themes a lot. Great fem anal, great futa sub content. Though, as some noted before, cum splatter mesh doesn't make for very satisfying orgasm scenes.
But now I get to the part on why I said that the parts are great individually. The scenes are amazing, but most of them are a gallery collector rewards. The story itself is very sparse in h-content. Collectible scenes are am alright reward in the current state of the game (though also finding out you missed a book is a bitch), but I don't think I'd be satisfied with that in a finished product.
There are multiple reasons I dislike the approach. Gameplaywise, to me it does nothing to reduce the sparsity of scenes during gameplay. Personally, I'm not gonna be checking them until I'm done playing through the stuff there is to play, as that's what I'm occupying myself with and I'm not gonna disrupt that with a gallery break when engaged.
And the second part is story/context. Lack thereof in case of these. The protagonist does not acknowledge them, doesn't speak about them and makes no indication they ever happened, as they effectively didn't. That creates a dissonance with the story. Additionally, context is important for the appeal. I'd say, once you're past decent-good quality threshold, context drives appeal harder than quality. So the already great scenes would be absolutely amazing if there was some story and character interaction to it. And similarly, while the demon form is cosmetic, having any sort of small remarks about having it on down the line would go a long way in making player choices and interactions feel acknowledged, alongside just some possible fun. All of this is to say, I think h-content should be more integrated with story/gameplay. You've got a good game with great content, but it isn't put together in a way that ties them well currently.
It may be overly critical given current stage of the game and I may have missed times where future plans were laid out, but that's my current thoughts. And I wanna say again, overall good shit.
