Well, I finally finished chapter 12 which I had been putting off and it was a really cool update! 
Can say that the expectation was justified and all the scenes were really high quality, I will describe everything under a spoiler
In general, we are looking forward to the next chapter, knowing that it may be the last, let's hope that we will be presented with many exciting things such as harem endings, bad endings and separate prologues. and the main thing is that they turn out to be long, especially the harem ending, since no matter what harem game I play, their ending is always rushed, hopefully we will see how Sterling fucks pregnant women's well and long harem fun

I think Drew really does want to be a part of the family and they want to trust her. She did say that she wanted to win the family over with love, not drugs. Apparently, they seem to have found out something else about Drew and instead of kicking him out, they decided to punish Drew this way... I would have thought that this was Ophelia's idea (given the fact that we are probably expecting a bad ending with Drew/Ophelia). after all, she knows that Drew had affairs with David, and knowing what a dominant madre Ophelia is, she will want to get even with Drew at will.
But I don’t yet know exactly what kind of redemption Drew is waiting for and whether he can be completely trusted, especially since with the appearance of Annabelle and Hunter’s escape, everything is somehow confusing, at this rate I would think Drew has moved towards Sterling. and Hunter still has plans together with Annabelle and those who carried her (but this is purely my opinion)
Maybe Drew's redemption IS Annabelle, you know to finish all the Hunter parallels? As for the bad endings, I liked Drew better, it was a completely normal bad ending, of course the ending was kind of rushed where they have sex, but overall a normal ending, could say Lucia finally got the family she really lacked.
but as for Hunter’s ending, it’s really an unexpected twist where he killed both Drew and Lucia along with Sterling, we have once again been convinced that Drew can have redemption, the question is “How?” this will be an interesting development
1. The kevin NTR is devoid of any Cucking of Sterling, the MC is barely present at all. Yes we can technically imagine him off screen being cucked but if we have to imagine, it takes away from the pleasure of having the game bringing it to us. So while his scene is not bad, it's lacking in that aspects.
We should have seen the reaction of Sterling seeing his mother taken away from her by a guy who was once considered a joke. It doesn't need to be an overly dark ending, just a humourous one where Kevin cuckold Sterling. Some archknowledgment and visual reaction from the MC to such a thing happening would make for a much better bad ends.
2. It's the same thing for Drew NTR, Sterling having Lucia and Keira taken away from him is too minimal. It only happens in the beginning and there is nothing sexual yet.
Sterling just dissapear from the story at the beginning. While it's much less dark ending than any other (and that is fine) it kind of take away from the NTR fun.
3. Now the Hunter NTR is the "best" in that aspects for this chapter BUT it's a bit too similar to the one we had in chapter 11, Sterling was genderbended and had a chip to make him mind controlled. Here he is stuck in an AI and help Hunter seduce his girls but the thing is we don't see his suffering, it's only revealed at the end.
We don't have enough time to see and experience Sterling seeing his loved ones being taken away from him.

I didn't write anything about Kevin's ending because it didn't make sense for me. The thing is that it looked like a fantasy where suddenly Kevin ends up with a big dick, the same goes for the ending of Cerberus, where it also partially happens in a fantasy style. but I would say these endings were for those fans who were waiting for them.
During all this time that Kevin spent in the cuckold's chair and watched everyone what was happening and he had a cucumber from a horse hidden between his legs, he could have easily fucked Aliza? or could also take care of himself and get in shape and conquer many women with the same horse... so for me, Kevin's ending is just an ending and nothing more... I would say Sterling pulled him out of his chair, showing that there is something more interesting than hiding on the computer.
I would have accepted this ending at the moment when Ophelia had already lost her husband and remained a widow until Kevin appeared on the doorstep and conquered her. Something like this ending is similar, where she found a new husband and lives with him happily,and Kevin is finally living his dream and fuck off Aliza lol...

What Kevin lacked at first was confidence and self respect, You can have the biggest Dong in the world but if you don't have the will to exercice or socialise it's not going to matter. Also Hunter was not vaporizing a sex drug in their appartment so Aliza would not have been as horny as Ophelia was during that scene

I would have accepted Kevin's bad ending, where he is Ophelia's slave, because initially everything was going towards this until the sound of "air conditioning" happened and what was expected happened. I thought she would turn him into his toy for pleasure, where he would obey her any time and hide away from Sterling and behind his back she fucks Kevin... I too would've liked to see Sterling's reaction during Kevin's ending, but since we're left to only imagine it, here goes...
After their afternoon tryst, Ophelia feels ashamed for fucking Kevin and betraying Sterling, so she calls Kevin to tell him to never contact her again. At some point in the following weeks Ophelia realizes she is pregnant, and she probably hopes that Sterling is the father but is aware that it could've been Kevin. Either way, Ophelia wouldn't get an abortion, so she shares the news with her family and carries the pregnancy, all the while hoping the baby is Sterling's.
After nine months Ophelia gives birth to a boy, and for a while she may believe Sterling is the father, but as the baby grows and his features become more distinct, Ophelia begins to suspect it may be Kevin's child, and the family starts to suspect this as well. I'm not sure if Sterling confronts Ophelia about it first, or if she takes the initiative to tell him, but either way, a paternity test is done and it proves Sterling is not the father of Ophelia's new son.
At this point Ophelia confesses she had sex with Kevin (more than a year prior). She probably asks for sympathy and forgiveness, recalling what a crazy time it was with everyone uncontrollably horny, and she points out how she broke off contact with Kevin immediately after their affair. Sterling struggles to accept this, but as he considers her story and his own promiscuity, he forgives her. They discuss informing Kevin, which everyone else is against, but Ophelia sees it as the "right thing to do". She decides to give Kevin the chance to know his son.
Ophelia visits Kevin to inform him she had his child, which leads to their sexual reunion. She then confesses Sterling has fucked (and is still fucking) their entire family. Ophelia considers the idea of continuing a sexual relationship with Kevin while still being in one with Sterling, and Kevin has no objections.
Ophelia tells her family that she decided to continue seeing Kevin, which Brenna and Catherine react negatively to because of his reputation. Sterling would've protested also, but Ophelia would've pointed out the double-standard of Sterling's promiscuity, while assuring him that her feelings for him won't change.
As time passes, Kevin is around frequently to see his son and to fuck Ophelia. Eventually Brenna and Catherine start to see Kevin in a new light as a successful and attractive man. One thing leads to another and they end up fucking him too. All the while, Sterling is still having sex with his mother and sisters, but the women gradually start to see Kevin as the new alpha male of the house, perhaps even preferring Kevin's bigger dick.
Sterling resigns himself to the situation of sharing his family with Kevin. They may even come to an understanding, that Kevin serves as cover so the world doesn't suspect Sterling is fucking his own mother and sisters. I suspect that Sterling and Kevin might even end up tag-teaming the women, because a) the ladies still love Sterling, b) Kevin isn't jealous, and c) the women are sexually insatiable.
Most of this is conjecture, but based on dialogue from the existing scenes it seems to me that Sterling had to accept the situation. Given that, and based on the personalities of the women and Kevin, I think a sharing situation is the inevitable conclusion.

Ya'll do remember the Drew Ending was technically the "Good Ending" for Drew right? Of course it's not strictly NTR, it's just her good ending.
EDIT: To be more precise, this is based on the idea that members of the family are their own "renpy house game protagonist" characters, with Drew as the Second Generation, and that's a good ending in her "game."

WOW amazing, I am taking this as my new canon. All of that said, I would just insist on the NTR aspects, change a bit of the last paragrahs and adds more to it but make no mistake, you've just done a terrific job at fanfiction :

10 months later, Sterling would have move out from the house but now he come to visit his family and he will "gladly" help them taking care of the numerous kids that Kevin keeps having by the dozens.
And anytime Kevin would speak to Sterling he would be genuinely cordial... even if he would have trouble hiding the fact that he loves every single women in the household... A lot... as he would "get" something anytime Stelring is present (Brenna giving him a blowjob under the table when it's time for dinner with Sterling, Paizuri in the kitchen with Ophelia when everyone is eating, sex with Catherine when everyone is watching a film in the living room, etc.)
Of course the girl would be complicit into making sure that Sterling would not interupt or find out what is happening not because they are malicious but simply because they prefer to keep this illusion of "normality".

You know what, I like your take on the aftermath better!
As I review the scenes, I'm struck by the part where Brenna fucks Kevin and she says "I just needed... the extra big dick!" and he replies with "Sterling not cutting it?". I think it's clear from this ending (and many others) that the girls' emotions follow after their bodies' reactions. Having their physical needs met by Kevin, it's easy to imagine the girls would reevaluate their relationships with Sterling, and decide no more incest would be the right thing for everyone.
Of course Sterling still has other women in his harem, so he may move out of Ophelia's house and move in with Amber's family, or Tiff's. The question then is, would this be the new status quo, or would Kevin continue to usurp Sterling's women?

Thank you! For my part, I consider that Kevin would absolutely continue to Usurp as to make it a full NTR ending. He is not even malicious about it, it's just natural for him.
And I just thought about something else that would make it even better :
After Kevin has been reintroduced to the house and spent a bit of time. When Sterling realize that Kevin is taking more and more space in the house and that the girl like him more. Sterling has 2 Options :
1. Resign himself that he is no longer the main alpha male of the house and that the women prefer Kevin to him. He can still have sex with them from time to time but he just won't be the father of their kids because of the incest involved. It would be safer if Kevin is the one getting them pregnant.
Should Sterling accept that he will have a secondary role in the household but still very much present...
In this case, the scenario ends up the way you first wrote about it, the two men are sharing the women but Kevin remains the Alpha so it's kind of bittersweet...

In this scenario Sterling is certain that the Girls will still prefer their sibling/son to this guy who used to be a joke to them and spied on them without their consent. He is certain that their familial bonds will prevail...
The problem is that now the girls are now addicted to Kevin and while sex with Sterling is servicable, it just does not compare to Kevin performance.
Sterling is shocked and understand that he has just been too greedy. But now it's too late to go back... He start to pack his belongings and is quite sad.
But then 10 months later, they have a conversation on the phone and they are ready to reconcile and it would be good for him to meet his new nephew/nieces/siblings so he comes back. And the rest of the scenario is exactly how I explain in my last comments about the ending being full NTR.

The cuckholding aspect of the NTR content hasn't been what I've liked about them but this would've been absolutely hilarious to see. Kevin would absolutely mog Sterling.
Sterling also wouldn't have an excuse to justify preventing Kevin perusing the girls without coming off as a complete hypocrite and degenerate. Kevin isn't related like Sterling, Hunter and Drew nor did he use dirty tactics. Serling would just have to let it happen
