This is the same argument people use to get excited about political candidates they don't actually like but are better than the alternative. Just because something is better than bad doesn't make it good. We can be critical of standards without living in a fantasy world.

And THAT is the same argument people use to argue for a "good political candidate" that will make the country rich, make all necesities of life easy to get access to and free, rid the streets of all crime, and destroy any corruption within the nation.

So I need to know, where is this line you speak of? You said that around 80% or more of this game's peers are way below it, so are the other 20% way above it? Does it barely crack that 20%?

What is that number 1 porn game on the list of 100 best porn games of all time that is nowhere near slop?

I mean "good renders, pasable animations (that get better each chapter btw), and fairly well written" is still just mediocre? Sincerely just having a good grasp on the english language and just a bit of knowledge or intuition on staging would put something in the "way above the slop" in this site (Not that I can blame them, I myself am not a native english speaker but still these people are using patreon and are betting on a large audience despite not being fluent because their game being in english is their best bet).

For the above theories, I find it surprising that the new guy was just allowed in the house, because they don't know it's Hunter yet. So for a new guy to just come into their home he must've been friends with someone related, not sure who as of now, but if they WWG can't explain that then it'll be as a forced entry to the story for a NTR scene. Annabelle was allowed in because Ophelia and Drew became emotional about it.

Actually, I was talking about Dev's next project after Power Vacuum. But I understand if the developer decides to retire after this because it's a long time.
Also, I'm not sure how many of you have noticed signs on the internet that these games are gradually becoming mainstream, indicating a potential market. We came to this so close way back in GTA Sa's Hot Coffee thing. That mod had so many downloads even when there were so many technical obstacles, which simply don't exist anymore.

I think they know it's Hunter. They wouldn't let a stranger in. If they have pictures of young Annabelle, then why not of Hunter that's the same age. Ophelia instantly recognized her mom, when she shouldn't have been born yet. Surely it's reasonable that they have pictures of Hunter too.

Yes, you've summed up my argument nicely. I'm saying our standards for what is and isn't good should be more than "Does the author have a good grasp of the English language and access to decent renders?"

Never played PV with the mod, I'm used to playing without audio anyway. But if you really want to bypass the silence, you can turn on the audio from the Spotify app

I never tried to include music in PV, because I didn't see much importance for them. especially when I have to visit quests and different scenes every time, for such games I would say that music is not so suitable lol
