I do, but am trying to figure out what the author of the guide meant by "Levels" since he created it and I have no clue how to verify my status of levels in game since there doesn't seem to be any tracking related to levels in game.

The dev has long since removed the grind that was in the game when that guide was made. you don't have to repeat
same" events and watch the "same" scene anymore. that guide was made over 5 years ago. please don't follow it and use the in-game guide instead.

by "same" scene, i mean that you use to have to wash the dishes or help clean multiples times to progress. dev changed it to only having to do each one for the entire game. then each time you visit a character, the scene is unique and you won't have to watch any exact scene twice or more anymore.

It's all automatic now like Dartred has explained above ^^^ don't worry about missing any scenes you go up "levels" once every single task for that chapter has been completed. Just make sure you have the patch installed

where tf do you even get access to the rooms? i clicked new game and every time, i just got skipped past chapter 1 and never allowed to see any ntr options. not even able to see the rooms, it just goes straight into the dialogue for every scene
