He hasn't said anything about that, but they also don't have a specific place they would fit into the game, story wise. They are best played after you play the main game. Also, the bigger reason would be the file size. It would get huge to put them all in 1 download.

This sunday very late american time so people from Europe have to work all day before playing it... (Almost always been like that).

Alternative B:
On 31rd of March very late american time (A MARCH release) but in Europe it's already April. (Has also happened before).
