There's a bug or something with the mod. I put in the Official Incest Patch & went to run the game & it came up with a grey screen error about scripts of Chapter 10 & clicking the Reload button didn't do anything (this happened to me with another Walkthrough-Cheat mod of a different game & I re-downloaded just the game & not the mod, then the game worked with no problem).

Are you using the old mod version with the new game version? Cuz that'll do it.

I used the current mod version. Then I just read your comment & I checked now to see & the Mod is 0.4.0 while the Game is at 0.4.2... so yeah that's probably why.
He said he will be away until the 8th of may aka today depending on where you live, so in the next few days maybe he will update it

Hey DarkAssassin. I'm trying to play your 4.2 port, but it crashes when I start a new game. No error message, it just closes.
I started it up again and clicked Preferences and got the below error:
