Well, their Patreon had a post on the 29th of November, so I assume they are working on the game at their own pace.
And its updated to 3.2 version, it looks this site is not much updated

I have never played it mate because i am not sure whether this is going to be another futadom game, which i am sick of. If the futa becomes submissive towards the girls then i will play it until then i will not download it.

Link for itch.io is at OP, so, now is version 3.0 for free, if you are paid member on patreon is version 4.0. I played this like year ago, i dont remember how long it is at this version
You have link, i linked it, for itch.io...i am not subscriber, dont have access to 0.4 version. If you cant download from itch.io, try use VPN. I had same problem with previous internet provider, and using VPN fixed it.
