Use this launcher, it's easier than the other one if you don't know how to use it. You need to open the launcher > click file > click import flash object > select the flash app you want to launch > the app will be installed in the launcher

It may have been closed as Adobe removed his offline flash player from his site or because they made this tool.
Edit: I found where the Adobe offline flash player was on my PC but I guess it is useless now.

(some of it can be unmuted with playing a new game)

quickie_halloween_special is with authorized problem
but can be solved with right click-(forward,play)
