Yes, of course your points are correct. I'm not sure how Patreon does it, but the amount displayed on Subscribestar is after they take their part. There are still taxes and other expenses, of course.

Pretty simple, actually. Do a good debut, then milk the shit out of your patrons.
Game development takes time. Also, patreon is not a job so you shouldn't expect consistency.
If this were real life it could be either because many adoption agencies discriminate against single people or because many people prefer to have their own biological children. In the game it's probably because the developers either preferred it that way or didn't think of adoption.

So, umm will this game be about the three daughters or just a bunch of random chicks that get introduced along the way while the guy neglects the three newly met daughters who just lost their mother to cancer?
I think an icon or something would be way, way nicer than this flashing thing. It's really not very pleasant. It's kind of impossible to time properly, because it varies so much. Somebody not expecting it or distracted with something else might need a few more (again, rather annoying) flashes to catch the color. Other people get it the first time and have it and wait through (annoying) flashes.
And in general having to remember what color does what is really not a very good fit for a serial like this. Who actually remembers what means what between releases?

It´s very basic in terms of colors. Red for Dark, Yellowish for Lust, Blue for Purity. But you are probably talking about those criticial moments where everything flashed and you had to make a decision. Well, i always play with a walkthrough mod, so, it never bothered me since i knew what to chose after, but those without it, i get what you mean, if that is what you mean,lol
