I dont think he's ever drawn midna, his tier 2 reward for july 2022 had Vex and Tristana & Poppy and Lulu as part of the reward if that's what your remembering.

ah I see, sorry about that, i'm guessing its one of the newer 2 of the tier 3 on his patron that aren't on Kemono then, since Soraka x Kindred is the end of July. you'll probably have to wait till his tier 3 gets leaked more.
