This scene is another event in the Gentlemen's club with Chloe, after the one with Naomi. I don't really remember how to have it. I think you have to try to go to the club, then talk to Ophelia...

I can confirm it was fixed, I could go out of the loop. But I can't remember if it was fixed by itself or if I had to load a save made BEOFRE having the loop.
Yes, it may correcting it, because when having the loop, her score goes back down to 0.

Talk to Emily. It seems that experiments with pheromones have led us to an unexpected result. Now, Emily can't live without your divine nectar. This can be used as a lever to keep her in check.
Go to bed, and in the morning, talk to Elizabeth. ( This quest will start automatically.) This lady arrived at your mansion with a bonus, a great new car, but it seems she missed something.
Talk to Cristine at the yacht club: This will open the opportunity to visit the pub, drink a glass of beer ... And make new acquaintances with the barista.
There is also an opportunity to drop by the cafe, where another interesting quest awaits you. You have to discover someone's identity by rummaging through the newspaper archives. (I wonder where you can find these archives.) And get a stunning bonus at the end.
Added: 2 types of training, two amazing animations, for Elizabeth (one training will be added immediately, the second after completing the quests above)
