Yeah I can imagine, it's really a matter of taste! Personally I feel like there are hundreds of regular ero/sex/pussy games out there, and I wanted to focus on something that I always have been missing. And thus; This game. As for text, yeah more people complained about that. This is sadly the fastest it can show. Sort of difficult to find a good balance between people that read fast and those that get overwhelmed by text.
(But, there were some intentional text delays that I have been cutting out bit by bit)

Hard to say in hours, but can say there are at least 19 new scenes, on top of the quests (5+).
But since there is no additional combat, it doesn't increase the gameplay in terms of hours that much. But there are many new scenes!
