So I went to meet the Director for the first time, talked to the guard in front of the door from the right, and got softlocked. I think the guard is trying to move right, but I'm blocking them from doing that.

You just go around licking the dirty feet of different women. Sometimes you get paid for this, sometimes you don't. Well, you also have to annoyingly eat once a day, and there are brief zombie fighting elements to the game. The stories in the game are good, the characters are good, there are quests in the style of “find, fetch”, nothing complicated.
All in all, it's a game about stunted hot bitches putting you down for nothing.
Good game for a foot fetishist. For the rest of us, there's really nothing to catch. There are literally a couple of scenes with other fetishes.

There are... Many.
Some of them are obvious, some of them are not. There is also a much bigger bad ending with Kayleigh now (block C) where you can experience 8~ different scenes.
