Not yet no, she's been due for a rework and I've done quite a bit of work for it but if that ever happens it will be a seperate update focused only on that.
Will she be in the next update? And when will the new update released? Sorry, I kinda lost the track of the comments.
The next update is about the Guard's room, I think? So, the library girl might not be there yet. The next update will come next year for sure.

Are there any more scenes with mother Gaheriela ? Apart from the insole scene. If not then can we expect more from her?

After you complete Block B's questline, have a look around in her room. You can interact with something!

Goddess Chimalma doesn't really have other scenes yet, other than that one.

Next update is a big one, but technically both the big and the small one are patreon 'exclusives'. Though, they're not really since after that they are merged together into one bigger update and that's usually the public release.
For example, this latest public update had the first 'big' update on Block C itself and the second one, a small one, was a few more scenes and the entire Kayleigh ending. And then those combined turned into 0.4.5b (hence it jumped from 0.3.2 to 0.4.5)
(But since Ive been very ill at the end of last year, I paused Patreon, as well as my work. Couldnt do anything in November and a big part of december. So there's at least a month of delay in my schedule)
