Don't know how without restarting. Easiest way is to play nice with Sadie unless you're choosing between her and Mia. Flirt with her. Choose to fuck her when you can.

Yes you can. During the costume party, when Sadie asks if you are interested in a threesome just choose deny. It will never come up again. If you are too far past that then you can avoid going to the threesome if you choose to stay with Mia after the "date" with Pete. You will get called out by Vivian the next day. This might not be possible if you are on the pure Sadie route though.
