That would be very unexpected and maybe even somewhat out of character, since I am not familiar with any of burdie's previous art work featuring strap-on stuff. A cage, however, would be spot on (and probably the next logical step in the MC's journey).
Personally I just hope we do get some creampie cleanup sooner or later.

interesting art style ,but i don't know what to make of this game as the story goes for it right of the bat haha , i also feel that having a girlfriend that you've never had sex with and will likely never have sex with isn't really a girlfriend its more like a glamourous roommate , friends with no benefits haha pretty much the human equivalent of an emotional support animal hahaha so it got me thinking is it really cheating well its not as they have a conversation about it so its more of a cuck situation if anything , but then it also got me thinking if its so small they they cant have actual sex how is the swinging side of things going to work as surely that will just apply to all females , so the humiliation side of things is done well and i assuming on the swinging side its going to be more him pleasuring other women without out him getting anything in return then that made me think isnt the GF essentially the BF's pimp and she just pimps him out to give other women pleasure and its all under ruse of a relationship , not bashing the game , just the odd dynamic of there relationship generated a lot of questions haha

Yeah, welcome to the "universe revolves around the MC's small dick/humiliation fetish" trope that a lot of SPH falls into.
I swear, it's like their length and girth collapsed in on itself and turned into a black hole! I'm not gonna go overtly wordy on the subject, but I once saw someone make a great point about how "self-absorbed" the fetish about having the tiniest dick in the room can seem when viewed from an outsider lens. Though in all fairness, I think this is just a byproduct trope of porn in general, and not really exclusive to SPH.

Just an FYI (you may already know this) for future if you encounter windows only Renpy. If you install the Renpy application itself on MacOS. Typically it can open up and play the Windows versions with no issues at all. You just drag the game to ~/Documents/Renpy/ and can play them through the renpy app. I do this any ways with renpy games that I plan on playing multiple times since it keeps them all in a nice easy to access place.
A second benefit is you can open console without editing rpy files, in case you are someone that likes to console cheat. If you want to do that, after renpy app launches game, instead of cmd+o in game, you tab back to renpy app and cmd+o there, while the game is running. cmd+d also works.
Occasionally you may run into renpy games where the author compresses things more than normal, with RPA and other such things. Sometimes these, if windows versions, might not work directly in the renpy app on macos. Usually they do though, in my experience.
I like how it has been going so far. I do hope the dev/author later adds an option slow intro or slower buildup. I also hope the MC is able to get with the GF so the MC and player can feel more emotionally involved with her, which to me would increase the negative (more please) feeling of losing/sharing her to/with the other/s.
i mean, i like the feeling of being able to tell everything about a game and the dev from a glance at the banner instead of looking at the small text, but it would be nice if these degen emasculation comic artists were less circular in their references when learning to draw

I would not hold your breath on this. To my knowledge Burdie has literally never drawn the sub guy doing anything beyond giving oral, and I don't expect this game to be any different.
