OnlyWorthyDevsMakeMoney not really, each model has like 10 alts and still if runs out can just change hair color and do small changes but then in the end mc would need very big island or somewhat small country for his girls and babies.

The dev was extremely late with the 0.70, so instead of converting the images to png, he left them as jpg.
The thing is, he doesn't know how to make AVNs, he is just going with the flow.

I think it's quite the opposite. He left the images in PNG instead of converting them to jpg. Which explains the 48GB.

No audio and the "animations" are just 2-3 static renders looped.
The size is 48GB because the dev didn't convert the images to jpg, so each image is more than 1MB.
