What about adding possibility sex/rimming npc/dogs in max lewd lvl ?
After buying it, press N to enter placement mode.
Left and right click to rotate and E to place.
To start streaming i think it was middle click.

There are posts here about how to use regedit to get whatever you want. If you don't wanna grind just follow the instructions.

IIRC, be careful with importing other folks regedit export. The keys have Unity Session IDs on them. Imports from others may work for you, but I had one that cleared my emote wheel. Then I learned the hard way about the Unity Session IDs.
It's best to manipulate what you have already (like the "gold"). Then buy everything to help you level up.
I still have to test this theory. But it should work but ... If you do want to import someone else's REG export, you'll want to:
- export your current regedit entry (a backup)
- open both your and their regedit exports in text editors at the same time for comparison
- try a search and replace of their Session ID with your Session ID, then save theirs
- then import theirs after Session ID replacement.
- delete your regedit entry
- import your exported regedit file.

I remember reading in this thread that the Dev mentioned there will be no proper sex for Roxanne ENF ... ENF meaning Embarrassed Nude Female. She's nude, jills off, and has humiliation walks which is spot on for a solo game having stealth & public mechanics.
