If on Mac: you right click on the app and show package contents: then navigate to contents/resources/app.nw/img/pictures and put them in there replacing the relevant files.
If on windows you go into www/img/pictures and put them in there to replace the relevant files.
I have the DLC version of the game. The two zip together replace a total of 8 files. I grabed a full save and checked, before I do a playthrough and everything is censored.

There should be 66 files to be replaced and it only applies for the cleanshaven option in game. The two pubic hair variations for play through I didn't uncensored.
