yeah so i ended up figuring out how to get the colosseum fallen noble event to trigger, you mentioned neatness and like i said I've read the English wiki on how to trigger it and it says you need high neatness and high loli score so I've known that you needed both of those and had tried it a lot before but could never get it to work. Yeah well thing is you actually also need a certain level of masochism to trigger the event, i had genuinely thought that it might've just been removed from the game.

cant really say if the rate has improved over the years but i do know that the game as well as the english translation is still being developed by some people, the current version on here isn't the most recent japanese or translated version. There was actually a new update just this month.

there is also an ai gpt translation that i think was put out by the same guy(s) doing the manual english translation and it seems fairly alright.

you can find a really simple guide on translating the game here as well as pull the ready made ai translation version which currently both are up to date, the downloads even have easyrpg in them which is nice for anyone who didnt know about that

oh with the princess dress it builds up the same as charm does but its give the highest boost for neatness. and like i said you can steal it from the clothes store in the capital. just try it on from the rack equip it and walk out the store with it. get molested by the ghost and save a ton of gold.

just run it with easyrpg player. cuz the old ass rtp bricks and crashes. just google Easyrpg

also the the post with all the links the ai trans is build in easyrpg soooo should be good to go

Yeah I have no power here other then editing the original post, and I rarely frequent this particular thread. So if a moderator has that kinda power cool go for it, might have to message them or something. I haven't played this game for a while and moved on.

Either you didn't extract it right or you aren't using the Japanese locale/locale emulator setting. If you don't know how to extract or set the locale to Japanese, you need to look up a Youtube video for a step-by-step guide appropriate to your operating system or chosen file extractor or emulator.

With that janky looking error code, it's mostly likely a locale/locale emulator issue or extraction issue. If you don't know anything about locales or emulators, read this: https://thef95zone.info/threads/how-to-run-japanese-games-on-windows.1040

If that doesn't fix it, you're probably extracting it in Unicode or German by default and need to manually change it to Japanese. I can't tell you anything specific because it's different depending on what program you use, and a Youtube video will probably be better at showing you step by step instructions.

If you're having trouble getting the game to run, you might have an easier time downloading the newest version from the Git link 12 posts above you by anon1010; it's currently on update 4950.

It has EasyRPG bundled in the files by default, which should hopefully circumvent your Japanese locale issue if you run the game using the provided .bat file.
