That should be it, it should open up a window letting you do the usual select location and name the file.

Alternately you could go to the tab that it opens and right-click and save page as.

Ok, you were right. I just have never had one that had to use the "save link as" option there is usually just a "save as" option. Thanks.

Thanks for posting this - how does this install? The downloaded filename appears to be 1014798_patch.rpyc - do we rename to patch.rpyc and drop in game folder or something else?

I think it only changes the roommates to be your sisters, since changing the adoptive parents to MC's bio-parents would affect the story a bit.
