Librarian name was destroyed form my previous savegame.
Talking to her at park display a beck button that can be clicked, but does nothing.
Parcel picking works only if you stand near them before talking to rachael.
Some NPC got a "new" label on some button, but there is nothing new there.
...

I need to talk to ??? at the college, but name doesn't display. i guess it's the librarian, but there is no new talk opion, list is empty.
edit: it wasn't, it was ??? evans at college entrance.

Just a heads up for anyone looking for Brenda's underwear (the task). It seems as though this task stage can break rather easily if you progress to her next stage without completing the underwear task (it'll lock you at Breq = 69). You have two options for getting passed this:

1. Progress Brenda until you get to Breq = 69. Then upload your save to an online save editor and increment the value by 1 (Breq = 70). This seems to allow you to progress afterwards, but the task to find the underwear will remain.
2. Load up a save prior to your character mentioning the underwear and then progress to that stage. Immediately go find the underwear in the draw between 11:00 - 15:00.

If neither option works then you'll have to either find a save uploaded on this site, or start a new save and progress back to where you were.

it not just a "time of day" I think it's a specific day, don't ask me which one, I seem to remember finding her panties while she was showering on one playthrough and while she was doing the laundry on another

Update the issue got resolved just need to follow the quests in line as triggered and don't modify the saves

Were you able to save the game? Because I can play the game but the crack is apparently what allows you to save/load the game, or linking patreon (which I obviously don't have lol).
