As I wrote above - any crack can be considered a virus. But on my machine, the defender does not detect this file as a virus.
If you are afraid to use it, you can always buy a subscription to Patreon and use the game legally)

Check your game version. The game version is displayed in the main menu in the lower right corner.
If the game is version 29.0, and the crack is for version 29.1, then a fatal error may appear. I just checked it myself.

Just wanted everyone who experienced the 'virus' flag. I just used M$ Edge and did not get flagged, make of this what you will.
The game crashes more than ever no progress that I can make. The size of versions are dramatically decreased and my doubt that new gym and it's graphics cause crashes
