Paid off the debt and now going to buy nuru lotion and I'm still getting a message about not paying off the debt. And now I can't finish the quest for buying the bottoms for sister.

In the latest version the account authorization verification algorithm has been changed again. I am still looking for ways to bypass it...
I'd say it's a safe bet that either KST has an anonymous account here, or someone's reporting on things in this thread to him.
