Go to Endless Lust in Old Town talk to Freya and press Shop ---> Gear ---> Emily you'll find there what you need, when you get the sex doll event just progress through it go out the shop and in again.

Hi, I need help with coin number 14. It's supposed to be in the collage above, behind the stairs, in the corner. I've seen a few pictures of people leaving it there. BUT when I get there, there's no one there anymore :-/ and the phone has the 3??? Was it put somewhere else in version 0.29.2?

You need to advance in the story with Ms Wei Lin.
As soon as you reached enough of her content, you'll get a pop up message on the screen as soon as you enter the college building which will say "mysterious coin 0/1".
