it technically does 2 things, uncensors the game, and add F1 as a toggle to turn on/off invincible mode at any time (shows up in the top left), so you can effectively use it to complete missions and gain RP without ever getting caught.
As far as I know, this game doesn't have a regular save system, everything is saved in registry.
Since you are a "brave schoolgirl" and you understood how BepInEx works, I will tell you that you can also use this knowledge on other Unity games. You can add various plugins - uncensor, auto-translator, cheats, free cam.. Of course, it will not always work. It depends on the type of game.

What did you do when you downloaded BepinEx? I've put it in my C drive in the folder where I have the game in and inside the game folder but it wasn't working for me. The unity-libs folder doesn't show up

The game ticks off most of the boxes of what I look for in an exhib game. In terms of exhibition in general, it's hard to find games that either match or rival that same level of entertainment. Other games I've played that revolve around exhibitionism have always ended up either lackluster or feel just generally poor to me, which is a shame because it's one of my biggest kinks.
