Indeed, after the first post there was an one month hiatus of any preview, that is why I'm not craving it will come with 100% confidence.
The others updates had around the same preview amount as this one has, so there might not be a lot more to do, still it is not guaranteed it will come soon.
There are 14 previews now. It's around that number that previous update were released.
There haven't been any date given, so we can't truly know when it will be updated.
i have a big question to ask.....someone knows wich path is the right one?

The ntr happens regardless unless you disable it at the start, its part of the plot that mc's gf cheats on him repeatedly throughout the game ( with a woman, dont know if that changes anything for you but I still mention it just in case). If you want harem then dont reject anyone

Every path can lead you to a harem, each of the 4 paths is the right one. You just have to make the right decision in each path for you to defeat Lileva.

No one knows anything, just like the previous 2 times you asked. The dev doesn't post here anymore.
If you want to know then use one of the dev's links in the OP and go to one of those places and ask the dev directly.
