yes the overseer scene is the one with an alternate MC banging an alternate version of one of the girls and degrading her in a pretty extreme way while the non-alternate MC is forced to watch. but that is like getting mad at yourself about being NTR'd cause you are being forced to watch a home porno you dont remember shooting with your GF

yes and no... this is a slow burn no full harem has been established and it is sort of hinted at as the direction it is going. this is story heavy... expect to play several hours before you get anything, this isnt a drop pants and jerk it in 5 min game

oh and i forgot one of the men who is only refereed to by name mr. kazenski(?) and is a geriatric old man that wears diapers and is a fellow teacher at the school, whom you never meet and is often just the butt of a joke

Also, right now pursuing everyone at the same time seems bad, like Tora and Hana for example, I really don't want to have any missed scenes in my playthrough, so I hope that doesn't happen because I pursued everyone, I sadly won't know until many versions later.

Not so far, no. I would guess that there will be scenes you can miss soon-ish though.
