the only problem is that the "developer" simply disappeared after 8.23. (and i mean disappeared, not answer messages on pixiv, stopped responding on facebook, etc).
I put developer between quote because as far as I now, the guy just got permission from the original developer (mast-chen) to continue the project, said he would do lots of things, but only released what mast-chen had already done, if you look and chun-li sprites with any mugen editor, she had tons of animations that weren't used

this has nothing to do with this version of the game, Hunks vs Chun-Li is highly customized and the characters don't work with the general "agressors vs victim framework" found on hyper mugen, Queen of Fighters, Mugen Ryona and others.
