Unfortunately, until the tag rework, there is no separate Netori or Netorase tag, so all NTR umbrella games tend to get tagged under Netorare.

It is simply a mechanic. If you get her pregnant it forces a simple scene and a comic like ending, and then immediately returns you to the game. It's pretty disappointing but it's better than not getting her pregnant at all I suppose.

It does not bode well when there's no hint of it in the preview images. In these instances the usual pattern is one ending scene with it.
