If you're referring to the mods folder in the game,its harmless. Changes a few small things, and its already working.

It makes the hospital gown not locked, which can allow you to partially cheese higher difficulties, just ignore it.

Adds a crafting recipe for the end of Genocide to make the final boss easier.

It is not implemented yet,I believe he plans to work on it after finishing up Shrift II.
