hit twice > dash behind> hit twice > dash behind until he gets the rice bag out.
Once the bag is out : keep your distance but don't go too far. You want him to start his spin move, when he prepares it : he becomes vulnerable to an execute.
Do that enough time and he'll go down.
Be warned : he doesn't have a sex animation as of yet.

Punch, dash and jump. Wouldn't bother with attacking more than once at a time because this leave you open to be hit.
When the boss starts using the barrel to attack, bait the attacks. Wait for his swing attack to finish otherwise you'll get hit on his backswing. Wait for his sand throw to finish because you can get hit soon after the throw. When he winds up to do the spin attacks, be close and ready to use the leap/pounce attack that's used to knockout/disarm the shield of other enemies. Gotta be pretty close and quick, the window/hit detection is a bit finicky.

Any feedback you wish me to relay to the dev?
I am currently thinking of drafting some ideas to give the game some interactivity;

Such as managing the store during day time and use some of the profits to buy better equipment (E.g: A tripwire that releases fireballs or Grappling hook that helps close-in or retreat from your enemies) and training (Such as faster takedown time and Longer Detection time window)
(Should add Tax Evasion as a game mechanic while managing the store)

Just please don't give him weird ideas. Tentacle trap is alright-ish, just don't make him make this game too brutal towards the heroine. This game seem to be made with taste, let's leave it that way.

One idea I have is for a flying enemy, using some form of paper wings that swoops down to attack the main character. Thinking along the lines of a harpy, so attack with a kick of some sort.

Anything Yuri would be nice. Kunoichis from opposing clans and such. Or maybe opposing monster girls.

Just imagine the potential of midair ass-to-ass bumps or tribadism with impact frames while low-ranking goon girls could just walk around with a strap-on to trigger regular sex animations.
