Anyone have an idea about buying the swimsuit. Nothing in the quest log and can't seem to see any interactions about shopping.
Should be able to just ignore it. I didn't find anything either, but once the time arrived for the beach/trip, I had "auto-magically" had a swimsuit I was wearing.
A number of the early chapters are off by one day. For any that say 'day 10' for example, on day 11 is when it actually triggers. Once you hit the newer content the days do align properly.
You can notice it for the quest items that also give a day of week, for example '... on Friday Day 10...' and you look at the current date and it's Thursday Day 10, I started to realize it actually means day 11.
If you read the 3 newspapers in the room, you'll see:
Article 1: mentions 'two thousand'
Article 2: mentions 'ten'
Article 3: mention 'nine'.

What determines your most developed skill at the end of childhood ? I was carefull to have charisma as the highest skill but it still say it's strengh.
Unless it was changed in the latest update, it was the highest skill. There is also a life event, going into High School I think in which you get to pick if you want to concentrate on sports, academics, or the charisma based one. Not sure if that adds extra weighting outside of the big number boost.

Does it have to be done day 6 as I tried to do it day 7 and I can't. I can only get to around 15 strength on day 6 and I lost when I tried
Don't worry too much about the result.
Another method you can use: this event is based on the old "Main stat" mechanic, so if the Charisma is higher than the other stats, you can win without fighting.
