Prom triggers after you got to the mall and purchased something or if you went to the city and purchased something.
Also you need to talk to your sis I thought.

Talk to your teachers to get a recommendation letter for college from them. You can find them in the staff room.

I tested before taking the quest with the computer in the room (fill out the file)

3 recommendation accepted
Tuesday = usb 1 Wednesday = sex 2 Thursday and Friday = key 3

But whether before or after having searched on the computer, no recommendation received

Yes there is to activate it you have to talk to Eva in the school hallway by clicking on get ready for class, she will ask you to accompany her to the prom, in case you are in a relationship with someone if you want to go to the prom with her you have to click that you have to talk to your girlfriend, depending on who your girlfriend is you have to talk to her and have her permission, in my case it was Iris and I went to talk to her house. Once you have permission you have to go to the city and buy the flowers (the option under stroll) for Eva the flowers to choose are the third ones in case you want to go to the prom with her, once you have taken the flowers you have to go to your room and click on get ready for the prom so you will start everything if you go with Eva at the end you can confess your love to her and have sex with her.

I've tried different ways but it won't let me get through them. They're the only two I'm missing, excluding the one for the farm work, but that's a quest for patreons.

Unless this is unlocked in the next update, there is nothing to do.

I tested all the "path" routes but none of the routes validates, it's 2 quettes

the updated the road map on patreon and elsa's trip isn't available yet and I think one of the professors for the college application is bugged so it says that you don't have it when you do and on a side note I do hope we get more content with the sister or even a cousin in the future (implement the cousin idea into the college when it is added and they could be a sorority sister and the guys meet them at a frat house party)

If you are in Scarlet's route you have to reject Eva by telling her that you just want to be friends, this will make Eva leave and when you get home Scarlet comes to talk to you, first she tells you that you are an idiot for treating Eva like that and then she gives you a blowjob.
