I don't remember which parts but I know that you don't wait to breed Elena. You start right now to try breed Elena (many times in this first scene) and when you see the option to say that you love Elena, choice this option for Elena to accept to get pregnant and be love with you.

nah, check my guide for that, can find it on same page as your post, but in general, her bf is cuck likes to watch, and if you want anything with her you cant even mute him, also if you want to knock her up, you must take 2 pills - so she falls to sleep after and forget about morning pill, in future she might move in, but not yet.

I did the same thing the first time and decided to start the game over. There might be a variable you can change, but I'm not sure. I chose to take the 30 million and unlimited access. Same goes with Secret and the red syringe. If you don't mention it you can use it on her and knock her up.

Well, next problem I have 41 Blue Pills in my pocket, but I have no option to take them (especially for Julia) might be another bug, or I missed an opportunity somewhere before and this does not trigger anymore.

If you want to use blue pill but you don't have one remain because you forgot to get blue pill. Open the console and put the command line :

I had this issue, and you had to have taken the deal with the Madam to retain access to the BDSM club. So you cannot have kept your gang and fought her on the deal. I ended up having to load an earlier save.
If you already have done that and she isn't moving to your house, that event just sorta randomly triggered after a day or two and she showed up at the house. Might have to get Zara in first. She also has to have had the kid already I think.
