Hi, I'm new here.
Is the incest part of the intended experience and, as in other games, you need to separately donwload the patch and merge folders?
Or is it a fan addition? I ask this because I see incest patches made by two different people.

You are asking the wrong question. No Dev can ever admit that the I patch is an intended part of their work because of patreon who now owns F95 due to a buyout. So, you can play with your friends and roomates and landlady or you can use the patch which is definitely third party unless the dev wants to lose their funding. So the choice is up to you. We can't speak to what the Dev's intentions are other than working hard and trying to gain financial support for their work. Good day.

LMAO... dude that was an April Fools joke. Five months to not realize it was a prank must be a new record. I just have to know how did you miss the thousands of posts in the April 1st thread revealing it was a prank?!?

It isn't. The patch was created by me, and I have no affiliation with the dev. I have no idea of their true intentions regarding character relations and I'm not into guessing games.

In my opinion, a guy living with his mother and two sisters is more believable, and having incestual relationships with his family members makes for a more engaging experience.

As for which patch to install, that's up to you. Mine offers a more 'complete' experience with additional features that make the game more enjoyable to play.

Uhm... let's see read the question that was asked... and think about the addage about asking stupid questions.... wow... of course I saw the posts but, again think about the question asked however some of what I said still rings true anyone can report the dev to patreon. And let's think who has more power a lowly indie dev or them? Even now it's not a good idea for any dev to admit to anything related to wincest. Either way thanks for being as gullible as you claim I am. ;)

None of which has ANYTHING to do with the fact that you said "patreon who now owns F95 due to a buyout". The fact that you said that means either you're operating under some misconception thanks to a 5 month old prank or you're just straight up deliberating spreading a lie.

judging by the title and premise - is it "it's all just a dream" type of game, with MC stuck in a simulation or some shit, or there is more to it?
don't really want to sink hours into story if it ended up being some fucking dog dream again

no, not a dream. Episode 3 makes the reveal of what it is. And it’s hilarious

Just started playing this and finding it hilarious. The reviews and comments complaining about the characters being cliché are totally missing the forest for the trees. Animations and framing of each scene could be better (I lost count of the low angle butt shots) and, sure, even in this parody setting the writing could also be better in more experienced hands so that there's a bit more build up before the big payoff moments, but what we have here is more than serviceable and gets a passing mark. It's very self-aware and, for fellow degenerates who've played too many AVNs, the commentary on the genre just works.

TL;DR I should have played this sooner, but then again playing more titles before this only made it all the more enjoyable. 4/5

Personally, I prefer the option where you don’t make the move cuz omg seeing Melanie boldly kiss MC and then look all shy and nervous was both adorable and beautiful.

So far my fav scene is the sunset one. Music was also deep. 2nd fav is the bathroom scene with Jen and MC. God I love how she is around him.

I’d marry y someone like Mel or Jen. And how often do you find a tall woman who is okay with a shorter dude?
