So, there's an option to buy points through a third party that should meet your needs. Actually, I want to say there's a few options like that, but DLsite has its own sponsored options.

I hope there will be a release of the lite version on Steam. Without Visa and Mastercard, it's my only way to pay the developers for their hard work.
They have restored the Master/VISA on DLsite few weeks ago.
you can't use your credit card to buy games with loli or students on dlsite for now.
but you should be ok to buy this one.

You can pay via the japanese Amazon.
(You will need a japanese Amazon account... obviously)
Once you have one, do this:
1. Buy a digital gift card for japanese Amazon from somewhere else.
It doesn't matter where. Just don't forget that it has to be YEN! No Dollarunies!
2. Redeem it in your amazon account.
3. Change to Dlsite.com
4. Go to "buy points"
5. Choose "Purchase Points using an international shopping site"
6. Choose the amount of your gift card
7. Click on Amazon Pay
8. Confirm on the Amazon Page that you want to do the payment
9. Confirm the payment on DLsite
10. On Dlsite, got to input serial code and use your code there
And done... you are now the happy new owner of some brandnew points to
waste on Dlsite. Conglaturations XD
Or alternatively theres a Japanese website called ForBooks and they sell DLsite points which you can buy, get the email with the code and redeem those points on your DLsite account

welp, there's a previews game the dev made where previews GO adds new debuffs for the female protag.
As the game continues...
100% sure this new game is the same as the previews one except with new anim's and story.
not to be an ass, but that doesn't answer the question. I don't know what it, or the apparent previous one is about.
So the Series starts with a side scrolling platformer with really good loss scenes, then after that was a "what-if" prison game starring the protag from the sidescroller in a "what if she lost in the prison level?" scenario.
It was basically a puzzle solver while avoiding the big bad roaming enemies. Also good loss scenes.
After that was ANOTHER "what-if" game where the protag was tortured (sexually) in a "what if she failed to escape the jail?" Afterwards the devs went back to the side scroller platformer with a different protag who was on a mission to rescue the protag from the first platformer after she beat the game and got possessed or cursed or w/e. They're starting a new one in...2.5d i think? its only got like 2 levels but its fun so far.
Series is The UnHoLy series btw, starts with Unholy Sanctuary, then Unholy Jail, Unholy torturer, then i cant remember the rest of the names. good series, do recommend
