Nah, the Klub is a poser with lots of features mods and such accumulated over the years, it's very different, there's no real time interactions

Though I don’t know why the game never appears in “latest updates” plus they list it as last updated 7 years ago ??????XD
Also Home together, although I feel that these two fall short of the interaction experience that this game provides.

It is a mod, it has some requirements mentioned in the discord or in this thread a few pages back. Its basically a map where you pick a girl and she wanders around doing many many poses. It also rapes the cpu/gpu
