I understand, but I don't think it's reluctance. Like if I ask to pay for it she says she'll do it for free, she opens her mouth automatically, but also turns her head away. Happens all the time. Like is that really reluctance or just the game being weird?
The game has complex behaviour system that was never properly fixed before it was abandonded, treat it as a bug.
She might be willing for it becuase you paid but if she hates oral or doesn't like you (height, body build, penis size, how you interacted with her prior to the request, her other stats, pain tolerance) she may still refuse it or it might be game is bugging out the animation based on her and your height and penis size, things don't line up properly.
The trick for this "bug" that many of us found is to start editing your models within Monkey cheat menu; and testing all her attributes and finding what you like that works best for your enjoyment. All while making sure to finish the interview and rating her, so that the system will start throwing you more models that are similar to what you changed in their attributes through Monkey...as you progress in Story do this to a few more models, because at first it may or may not work until you've actually had enough "days/interviews" Completed & Saved...once you reach a higher level you'll start getting more models that will be similar to what you like, just make sure to rate likes & dislikes properly.
An example is to practice in Story with a model and playing around with attributes, moods/traits, sexuality etc. within Monkey menu...Once you're happy give them only high ratings and dispatch the model to an agency; you can even save that model and reload her on the next interview and do it all over again (make sure to Save)...Just be aware that if you don't put a few lower ratings, then all your models may be TOO similar or a copy of the last...I like to sometimes not give them the highest rating once they start becoming more of what I like per interview...So to have more flavors once at higher levels in Story mode; this trick also seems to work in Custom modes. - Cheers
Good evening people, does anyone know if I modify my model with the MONKEY mod, does it count towards her rating or does the game still consider the original appearance?
Example: She is a model with a flat chest and I use the MONKEY mod to change her so that she has huge chests and then I rate her as a 10 in chest. Will more models with large chests appear or does the game still think she has a flat chest?

Now I have decided that you are right, I have a small observation: You cannot pay money to have a girl who has no oral experience perform oral sex. This is also valid for other options, they accept it for money, but since their skills are low, the result does not change much. Just make a fucking game and i will buy it if it's good. I'm so fed up with that patreon bullshit. No one cares to finish a damn thing because they are got paid before finishing it.

You have to remove your pants, make it so their pussy or ass are accessible (best way is to ask to show pussy/anus, you can remove the clothes yourself, but usually, they don't like it.)
Then, put them in a pose (or create one), where you penetrate them.

That one is tricky, you have to understand how rating works (good luck with that), and when the game manages to understand what you want/like, eventually it will give you a level.
Personally, even with autorating and profiles, I'm still yet to gain a single level after ingame weeks.
Lol, yeah. It's stupid. I keep getting the same type of women that I give low ratings for. Another thing i wish this game had is couple poses. Have another guy take pictures while we customise the couple poses.
Tbh it might just be better if someone takes the idea and does it from scratch, it will probably end with better performance and controls.
