If you're talking about orgasms, then yes there are variables for the contractions in the save editor.

Can we get a secretary to help weed out all the Klingons, Trolls and Oompaloopas?
I see people mentioning lvl 5 or even higher ones and for me player lvl is always 1 and girls stop generating after couple lvl 3 girls (there is only option go home, no option to generate new girl.). So basically when game gets juicy it ends for me. I feel cockblocked and I don't like it.
I really do wish that this game didn't refer to women as "females". Something about "Bring a female into office" and "Rate her qualities to improve upcoming females" just radiates "I have Amy Rose embroidered onto my favorite cum sock" type of energy. I'm not even white knighting or doing the whole "this objectifies women" kinda thing- it's seriously just the word choice that creeps me out.

Not white knighting at all, you have the right of it: back in the day, women in hip-hop and the like decided they don't like being called "bitches" anymore, so all the homies did some 3,000 IQ word magic and changed it to "females"—which somehow, to me, feels even more dehumanizing ("the (adult) female of the (alien) species"). I've spent a third of my life wondering why no one else recognizes this as the same pejorative. I can't comment on the game's intent of course, but it really is an interesting topic.

I'm sure the developer gets a lot of requests for changes to this game, but I thought of another project completely:
"Some Photography Studio"
It would work with similar mechanics and you could import models from the database you actually ended up referring.
You could seduce the models to do more lurid pictures and perhaps even do some video porn if you are high enough level.
Money award after photo/ video sessions would be based on: What the model has done (poses/actions unlocked) X Photographer's photography level.
Money then used to buy equipment and studio upgrades/ hire staff/ models.

Yeah, I would rather read "bitches" more than "females" if I might be completely honest. "Bitches" simply sounds like you don't respect women. "Females" sounds like you don't even know what women are in the first place
That's not necessarily so; orgasm responses are completely separate from all their erogenity factors. What's more, orgasm intensities can be independently set, so someone with a highly responsive vagina might have mild vaginal orgasms.
