You can turn off all the funky hair/make up colors in the options. It's under "Gameplay".
I dont recall if the auto rating system has been fixed yet. Does the game still rate opposite to what you've set in the profile?
I mean like, I'll set my preferred height to very short and then every girl that comes in that is short still gets a 0. etc.
Has this been fixed or is there a work-around?

Yo, this game is crazy. Unlimited girls of all different looks and personalities with realistic interaction. If someone could build in a ChatGPT-style chat engine, the realism would go to a different level.
This game + fleshlight + VR + AI chat would be very close to a true girlfriend simulator, albeit restricted to single rooms. Does anybody know if there are VR games that offer this level of interaction and realism?

Does the public version on Patreon work better or does f95zone 0.10.1a work better? The last time I played 0.10.1a some of the women were getting angry without doing anything and I could never get up from level 1
Dev being against certain fetish content is his pregorative. If he finds that shit gross then all power to him. It is his game afterall. And I personally wouldn't want to spend hours upon hours working on stuff that is in my opinion gross. That said, the dev is definitely not the most open minded or politically correct person out there. But people asking for certain fetish content should bear in mind that not everyone like that stuff. There are other games that might cater to those wishes.
