What do you mean by blocked levels? You mean you're not advancing in level?
And about custom poses: you can create your own poses by guiding the girl.

I imported recently some characters from here, and in the game, on single interview definitions i can see the girls listed, but when seleted and in the office only show the good looking redhead, no matter girl i select.
Old characters that i imported or my own, works fine.

I noticed that when you block the level rise and you get a model that does not fit the template , and you rate it at 10 , then next week the model level drops to 1 and the ugly ones go again .
Looks promising, but pretty hard to control player and understand what to do. Maybe I'm dumb, but I didn't manage to get any H scenes through 0.5-1h of play, or several weeks ingame time.
It's cool to see that new girls coming to interviews are getting prettier every week, though.

It's a bit slow to get going in the start while you sort through ugly goblins.
Looks are secondary for ratings, the main portion that you want to rate is personality if you want to get girls you can actually have fun with.
You have to start out slow, do all the talking options to determine their personality. Take pictures of them and once their green bar no longer rises ask them if they are okay with posing. If they are it's good, then take pictures of them in different poses, they might not be willing to do base poses and that's where manual posing comes in. If you already have manual poses saved then ask them to do that, they'll either refuse or agree. Depending on their personality they should agree to most "vanilla" poses like standing poses that aren't them bending over and what not. As their affection rises they'll do more slutty stuff, once it no longer rises or you think you are good ask them if they are okay with undressing. If they do, good, move on. If they don't then they are a dead end and should be rated low. At this point also ask them if they are okay with touching, if they don't agree try again later. Ask them to take off shoes and small stuff and take pictures of their uncovered body parts like feet and what not before moving to shirts and skirts, once again take pictures before moving to underwear. If they agree to take off bra and underwear then you are good, if they still don't then rate them a tiny bit higher and move onto the next. Ask them again if they are okay with touching if they weren't before, if still not move onto next girl and rate them a tiny bit higher. You can ask them manually where you can touch but the cheat menu is a lot faster and saves time so you can see where you can grope them. Start touching them where you can slowly, if their pain(blue)/annoyance(red)/boredom(grey) bars skyrocket move on to next girl. If pleasure(pink) rises continue, once it stops rising try a bit faster, repeat until they cum. Do that until you can fuck them without them flipping out, some girls are never down to fuck so don't waste time on max affection girls that still don't put out.
That's basically the jist of it, some girls are down to doing everything from posing to undressing to touching/fucking from the start so ask for everything. Once you have money from sending girls to other agencies you can also just pay them to fuck but it takes a long time to get money rolling and even if you pay them they can still flip out from what you've payed them to do.
Edit: The amount of body parts you can take pictures of and have them react is surprisingly huge, so if you want to get the max from photos you have to take pictures of them from head to toes.

Hey guys, I don't know why but since this update, the "m" touch for bringing monkey menu doesn't work while the "k" for cam view or "y" for slutify work, ay ideas why or how to fix it ?
Guys here is what i do when its dark.
1st- on the left of the door there are light keys with which you can interact to adust light.
2nd- if its dark for you even when you adjust light from there you can use the T buton to make you semy transparent which removes your shadow casted on the model.

I have played 40+ hours and have a few tips for manual rating:
1. Rate consistently. Try as much as possible to rate the same features the same as you rated them on the previous model. If you can remember how you rated the previous girl, the system will learn your preferences faster.
2. Some points should be given for features that are closer to your ideal, even if they're not perfect. For example, I want a smaller thigh gap, and model A has a larger gap than model B, even though both are far too big. In this scenario I might rate model A 0 or 1, and model B 2. Similarly for personality, if the girl does not immediately get mad and leave, she deserves at least 1-2 points for anger management. This is how you avoid models who immediately get pissed.
3. It's very important to go through all the dialogues/photographing for each model, especially at the beginning. Some models will only react to touching a certain spot, or will only be willing to undress after a certain affection level (green bar) is reached. So you should try to get the affection bar as high as possible with each model via dialogue options and photographing. Otherwise, you will not be able to accurately rate personality traits.
4. Sometimes you simply will not be able to rate a certain trait, for example a girl with a long skirt who refuses to undress you can't rate the crotch, since you can't see it. In these instances I prefer to rate 5 since this is a neutral rating, whereas zero will categorically reduce the trait from the gene pool. Or you can use Monkey to remove clothes.
To me, half the fun of the game is taking time with the manual ratings and seeing what the system will spit out next. I encourage everyone to give it a shot at carefully rating through a few levels and playing the game as it is meant to be played, as it is quite fun that way.

It's interesting that the game is able to generate so many models each with unique personalities and traits. The subtle differences in the way each model moves, the vocal pitch, breathing, frequency of talking, etc. means that each model generated by the game feels unique, compared to when you sluttify with Monkey.
Are certain traits clustered together so that the personality traits "match" the physical looks? Or to create distinct races, as the game does? For example is the game setup so that taller girls, or girls with rougher/older skin have deeper voices? There must be some clustering of traits since the game knows how to create good looking versus ugly models, and can create distinct races. IMO this type of realism is one of the best things about the game so just curious how it works.
