am i the only one who absolutely can't handle the controls? It absolutely doesn't do what it's supposed to do. I'm in the one doungon where you can find keys to cells and whenever I find a key it floats around uselessly in the air and I'm hammering on the keyboard to somehow be able to continue and I've pressed all the spells and attacks, but the key is still floating in front of me.
Did you try "E" because that's how you pick up anything.
These are the most half baked controls I have ever experienced. The popups that tell you what to do don't match what actually happens. The abilities seem to change at random, R doesn't do anything but also pick a random attack. Nothing works.
I have no idea why you're having such problems. My best guess is you're close between two actions like "Hold E to drain Fire" and "Press E to pick up barrel" or something but it always does what it says on screen.
As for "random" abilities, they're anything but. You absorb an element and assign it to MB1, MB2, or R. Each element has a tap button move and a hold button move, and some elements can be combined by holding their assigned buttons at the same time. It's not that complicated.
Never had any issues with this and the tutorial covers this as well.
