Always keep in mind that 4.1 and 4.2 are smaller updates - smaller in matter of name not size and they progress the side stories.
You cannot compare 4.0 which was a MILESTONE update with 4.1 or 4.2 (which will be like 4.1 just different characters and side stories progress)
Next big update will come after 4.2 (let's call it 5.0 for example) and after that there will be 2 more small updates followed 1 culmination update (6.0 for example) that will wrap up the story and end the game. (this one will be the biggest update of them all since game has 2025 as deadline)
The 2 big updates (5.0,6.0) will be like 4.0 and will progress the main plot and add substantial progress to all side stories.
So yes stop comparing Milestone updates with side story updates.
(this timeline is based on the assumptions that the dev team can keep pushing updates every 2 months so they can finish it at the end of 2025 or beginning of 2026)

This update is just more set up and story continuation.
Yawn.
Plus when you max out the pole dance scene it gets buggy when trying to repeat it to make money. It starts then gets caught off by a maxed out notification making the first phase shit.
The VR is buggy as well. You buy part two of the Party and it says you need a Part 1 invite, but doesn't give you the option to play it even though it's in my back pack.
Did this get beta tested? Because these are simple bugs that should have been caught before release.

There are like at least 4-5 hours until the update is shipped to lower Patreon tiers and Steam/Ichy.
