The "mother" character moves away from the main group to live with, and have sex with, a man other than the MC. I can't remember exactly what their relationship is - maybe he was the captain of the ship or something like that. Regardless, the MC is very pissed off about this as he clearly wants to be a mother-fucker. Since the MC had either had full sex with his mother, or something very close to it beforehand, even though she was regretful and reluctant to continue, I guess that meets most definitions of NTR.
