There is a translation request thread here for Jerma's RPS games:

That might be the best place to ask/watch, as it houses all the translations for the Tsubone/Fukei/Ghost RPS games and also the upcoming Jiang-Shi one (afaik the Eng translation for this game came from that thread originally)
