no, i won't send any full save, and yes there is content for patreons, but if you one want content paying once i would recommend until they implement the next big update, it should have been this month however it's taking more time than they initially said
moreover it very funny the guy who made the review here has no idea the ton of content that already exist, just with the code, do things, try things, and wait for the next big update soon

yo need to complete certain scenes to unlock that options, for example before a 3some in the bath u have to have sex with them both separately in the bath
the game is mostly like that, if you want a 3some u need to do them separately first
and almost every character have 3some scenes with all others
