She looks similar, but when I completed the test render, I saw that it was not 100% accurate. That is, there is a similarity, but something is wrong: the shape and location of the eyes are different, the face is slightly different.
But the base model is match - I even see the Zara vibes on your bald model.
I'll try to mix it with one of your options, for example Lucy, she seems the most similar. Or change Cathallena/Katerina proportions.

It appears the limit here is 15 mb, so keep that in mind. You can use some compression in .png without much lose of detail to get just under that. 15 mb seems like just an arbitrary number chose by the forum sysop or imposed by the software used.
