So is anything going to like.... happen??? Game has just been a tease fest for 5 straight chapters essentially and absolutely nothing happening. Long updates wouldn't be an issue if things actually happened, but the other game "where it all began" is nearing a year since it's last update, and this game gets updated like every 4 months, but nothing is even happening in the game.

You know... those cracker/chips/snacks? kinda red-ish, very popular in the US. So.... its a nickname vor Nami cause of her red hair obviously. But, you could have googled that for yourself. Not exactly rocket sience to type "cheeto" into google and see for yourself. But... meh nevermind, kinda moody. There you have it at least.

Well... its a rework in progress with getting new content at the same time. Would be kinda weird if old save-files would work for content that was changed, no? If you dont want that... wait until the rework is completly done, which will be the case with the next bigger update (chapter 6) if iam not mistaken.

This will depend on where the save was made. The dev has made over 2k dialogue/transition coding changes across the board (old content). RenPy will attempt to rollback a bit but there's entire sections that have massive coding changes (again)... so it's hit or miss as always. You'll get used to it playing this VN... happens most every update tbh.

Agree with you RuffStuff69. There are a few fetishes I don't partake in, but I look at the tags and move on if they are there. Easy enough. In the end, we pick the things we like and pass on the things we don't. Decisions don't require drama or comments.
As far as the time between updates, I have a lot of patience so while the wait can be excruciating sometimes if the story is at a cliff-hanger, as long as the story and graphics are good it's usually worth it. I was looking thru the works in progress I have already started and noted that it would be nice to see an update for this one. I really like where it is headed. They must have read my mind, because here we are! In time, the story will play out and complete. When we get there, it promises to be a story I will be happy to revisit. I'm so confident this will be a great work; I added this author to the list of newly discovered creators I will be giving financial support to. Given enough time and a little support, I believe this story will see completion making it not only worth donating to but revisiting again in the future. The true measure of success for this or any other work is not the volume of complaints, it's in the delight it brings its patrons over time.

i told you what it means yes? its a reference to "Cheetos" cause they are red, and Nami hair too... if you dont want to believe me, well... *shrug* And in my culture there are no cheetos btw. We have... pretzels, and such. No Cheetos. But either way, i know them... and i know the reference meaning.

So... the dev removed the intro scene with the gun... I think that was very important to let us see the character of our MC, to see his starting point and his later development... If he removes it, I think it will make our MC much more bland and just a typical introverted MC... Can't say I like where the game is going.

Hmm... the "holy cleansing" continues yet again even for the very beginning of the VN.... this "shoot" choice is no more... and so much has been through the slang sanitation... at this rate absolutely no one's feelings will ever be hurt and it'll be rainbows and unicorns for everyone.

I agree, the removal of the scene with the gun ( and the choice you could do at that point ) in the beginning feels very weird as in v4.5 that scene (and the choice you made) felt really important for the MC psyche.
And it also had an impact on the woman reaction later when she meet the MC again that could go very differently if you let the gun go or shot it on the ground near her.
